As for some fresh fish or meat,the price may change day by day due

to the route and cost of purchasing these things from the market.

"ji(時)" is "time", "ka(価)" is "price" and "jika(時価)" as a whoke

means "market price". Some SUSHI-BARs don't show the prices

of some fish, just saying "jika". So be careful for the price!
